Each case is different and of course it is less expensive for us to diagnose and repair (what we can) remotely. Not all issues can be resolved remotely and will require us to come to your home or business to pick-up your computer and address your computing concerns. However, just know that we are FAR LESS EXPENSIVE than any of our major competitors, and you will be dealing with somebody who is local and has a deep passion for all things technology. Your problems won’t go without a full explanation (if you haven’t already figured out we are quite verbose). Give us a call, explain your situation and we will be more than happy to give you an estimate.

On average, we are 50%-100% LESS EXPENSIVE than our major ‘Big Box Store’ competitor. We also follow through with all of the work we do and make sure the job is done properly.

We bill primarily on an hourly basis, but we can work out a support contract that suits your needs.
